2. Products

House of Zylara specializes in fine jewelry, including gold, rose gold, white gold, and silver pieces. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors will be completely accurate.

All jewelry sold by House of Zylara is described truthfully. Customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions before placing an order.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

By submitting an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including after your credit card has been charged.

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified by email if your order is declined or cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors, or orders that we believe are fraudulent.

Each order will receive a unique order confirmation number sent to your email. Please reference this number for any inquiries or changes to your order.

4. Pricing & Product Modifications

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product details, descriptions, and pricing at any time.

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, typographical errors or pricing mistakes may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We are not liable to any third party for modifications, price changes, or service discontinuations.

5. Payments

We accept payments via PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize House of Zylara to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes.

If payment verification fails, your order may be suspended or cancelled. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be applied based on your shipping address.

6. Shipping

House of Zylara currently ships within Canada only. We offer shipping through FedEx and UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

All orders are subject to a signature requirement upon delivery. We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

We offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•       In their original, unworn condition

•       With all original tags intact

•       In their original packaging as received

 

House of Zylara reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. Non-qualifying items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

•       Custom or special-order jewelry

•       Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects

•       Items with missing tags or packaging

Manufacturing Defects — Exclusions

The following are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for return:

•       Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, chlorine (pools/hot tubs), or moisture

•       Bending or wearing of prongs due to normal daily wear

•       Stone loss resulting from normal wear and general damage

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at houseofzylara@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, House of Zylara may offer promotional codes or discounts. All promotional codes are non-transferable, limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Promotions are valid for a limited time and House of Zylara reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

House of Zylara does not warrant that the website will be error-free, secure, virus-free, or uninterrupted, nor that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, House of Zylara, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our website, products, or services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
